We hope you are happy with your purchase.
If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible products within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.
Any products that are used, resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
Please check against the despatch note to make sure the items to be returned are the correct items.
Please be aware that each order is only entitled to one complimentary return.
- A £5 fee per label will be deducted from the refund for additional return labels used for the same order.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For UK customers, we offer free return services. For international orders, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of returning the item yourself.

When will I be refunded?
It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days of being processed.
Can I return item(s) that are over the refund time (14 days)?
We do not accept returns on items delivered over 14 days as a matter of return policy. However, you can contact our customer service by email at cs@jfyfashion.co.uk for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Print off a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label, No Printer? No problem - Royal Mail can print the label for you in one of Royal Mail Customer Service Points.
- Attach your label to the front of your item - make sure you remove or cover any old labels if you're reusing packaging - and take it to your nearest Post Office - remember to request proof of postage.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
